Profile

Dr Kevin Tan is currently a Senior Consultant and Head, Office of Neurological Education at the National Neuroscience Institute (NNI). He received his medical degree from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 1996. He completed basic specialist training in Internal Medicine in 2003, advanced specialist training in Neurology at NNI in 2006, and a Fellowship in Neuroinfectious Disease and Neuroimmunology at Johns Hopkins University in 2008. He has completed a Master of Science in Health Professions Education at MGH Institute of Health Professions (2016). He is active in health professions education and has interests in team-based learning, innovations in Neurology teaching, clinical reasoning and interprofessional education.
