Profile

Dr Soo Wern Fern is a Consultant and Family Physician at SingHealth Polyclinics. She manages both adult and paediatric patients with chronic and acute medical conditions in the community.

 

She has an interest in medical informatics and is the Chairperson of SingHealth Polyclinic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Committee.

 

She is also a Physician Faculty Member of Family Medicine Residency Program and Preceptor for Duke-NUS Medical School.
