Profile

Dr. Tay Kaijun is an Associate Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist (Ear, Nose, Throat Surgeon) at Singapore General Hospital. He earned his undergraduate medical degree from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2014. During his undergraduate years, Dr. Tay received the Otolaryngology Society Undergraduate Book Prize for his exceptional academic performance in ENT. Subsequently, he completed his Otorhinolaryngology Residency at Singhealth, where he was recognized twice with the Outstanding Resident Award and graduated top of his cohort, earning the Society of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery Singapore Academic Excellence Award. 

Dr. Tay's vision is to provide personalized and compassionate high-quality care. His unwavering commitment to this vision has garnered him multiple patient compliment awards.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Tay has dedicated time to examining how care can be improved. He has been actively involved in numerous research studies and innovation projects, constantly striving to enhance patient outcomes through rigorous review of results. Dr. Tay is also passionate about medical education and takes pride in mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Dr. Tay's special interest lies in Rhinology, focusing on the treatment of nose-related conditions. However, he also finds fulfilment in enhancing the quality of life for patients suffering from any ENT-related condition.
