Protocol for referral to Adult Genetics Service in SGH:

For patients with mitochondrial disorders and disorders with neurological manifestations, please refer to the SGH Neurogenetics clinic. For all other genetic disorders, please refer to Internal Medicine Genetics clinics.

1. For non-urgent cases, please email hsieh.yi.chen@singhealth.com.sg and include:
   1. Name, IC, phone number of patient
   2. Condition that you suspect and a brief explanation of the reason
