Dr Hong Wei Wei

Dr Hong Weiwei graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health. She is a public health specialist with more than 12 years of working experience in the Ministry of Health (Singapore). She has led teams in services planning for new hospitals, national dialysis and transplant policies, early childhood intervention programmes as well as assessing and developing new models of care, such as community eye clinics and urgent care centres.  

She is currently the Director, Office for Service Transformation and Co-lead, Impact Assessment Unit in SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre. Her work covers driving strategic service transformation initiatives, healthcare innovations, and new models of care, including Telemedicine and Robotics projects, health services research with a focus on the impact of innovations and developing innovation enablers.
