Caroline is the Head of Organisation and Leadership for Social Change Programme at S R Nathan School of Human Development at SUSS. She also leads the programme, “COC-SUSS Certificate in High Performing Charities”. Caroline teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in sustainability, volunteer management, and social impact analysis.
 
Her research focuses on transformative services, shaped by her extensive corporate experience in banking and finance, higher education, and public healthcare. Her research interests include service ecosystems for collaborative care, care assemblages, and social impact analysis. In 2022, she co-authored the book “Non-Profit Leadership and Management in Singapore”.
 
Caroline serves the community in various capacities, including corporate governance roles at HCA Hospice Limited. In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, she consults for financial institutions on customer advocacy and experience design.
